A lot of you always ask about real estate. By far the biggest goal amongst those under 40 is to purchase real estate, if they haven’t already.
By no means do I consider myself a real estate expert, but I’ve purchased a property and look at this stuff all the time.
I thought it would be helpful to look at a real world scenario. Clients of mine are in their early 30’s, making a combined income of $345,000 roughly, and live in Washington DC.
They just had an offer accepted on a beautiful condo for $1.1 million.
